2 Year Return Policy
As a small family business we sweat the small stuff to make sure you are happy with our products. All of our products ship to you for free. Sleep on them, wash them, live with them. If for any reason you aren't fully satisfied, you may return them on us for up to 2 years and receive a full refund. Please note if you have paid with Affirm any refund will not include interest paid on the loan up until the refund date. Also note that if you are outside of the United States a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. We will email you the total return shipping charge deducted at the time of the refund.
Upon Receipt of Your Goodies
Please inspect your purchase upon receipt, before laundering, and notify us of any damages, size discrepancies or errors. If we have made a mistake, we will make it right, right away.
Return Process
We stand behind our product and want the products to bring you joy. Returns will be processed for a full 2 years after delivery (defined by the date the shipment was marked delivered by the carriers tracking number.) Returns will be refunded in the original method of payment within 48 hours from when we receive the package back at our warehouse.
